Religion* – Select your
religion.
•
Caste* – Enter your
caste exactly as mentioned in your
community certificate.

Community* – Select your
community and
ensure it matches your community certificate.

Mother Tongue* – Select
your native language.
•
Disease (if any) – Mention any chronic illness or medical
condition.

Identification Mark – 1*
– Enter one visible identification
mark.

your nationality.

Passport Number – Optional for Indian nationals; Mandatory
for Foreign nationals.
